What We Do
Kidd Insurance Services is fully independent with access to an extensive network of insurers, including Lloyds and London markets.
The insurance industry, in modern times, utilises far greater automation with many faceless operators, offering high volume, non-advised sales to SME clients. Many organisations, particularly smaller businesses, have very specific needs and the one size solution may not deliver in its entirety when called upon. We believe that all clients’ insurance exposures should be identified and clearly explained. The insurance solution proposed should fit the clients’ needs and be reviewed regularly to maintain adequacy over time.
Whether you are a new or established organisation, an initial assessment of all exposures facing the business will be carried out. The review is useful to identify any areas where cover can be re-structured for efficiencies. This will also allow for any possible improvements or deficiencies in any current arrangements to be identified. Once discussed and agreed, an insurance solution will be designed and marketed to our network of insurers on your behalf. Our fully costed and recommended insurance solution will be fully explained to you with the opportunity for any questions or changes. There is no cost or obligation for the review.
We provide a comprehensive and swift claims service to all of our clients. Our team are always on hand to provide support and advice when you most need it.
Basic risk management is provided in conjunction with insurers to pinpoint your key business risks and help you contain them. We are also able to offer fee based Health & Safety & HR support in conjunction with our chosen partners.
